to Exhibit & Sell Your Art
Option #3: Artist Affiliate Program
This option permits an individual
(or organization) to promote the art of many artists. This
option is the same as Option #2 except the Set-Up fee and
the Annual fee reflect the larger amount of work that is
required by FolkArt.com™. OTHER
OPTIONS
If you wish to exhibit art
created by many artists on the Internet and want to offer
your customers the ability to pay with VISA, MasterCard,
or American Express, this option may be for you. This
option is appropriate when wishing to exhibit and sell
hundreds of pieces of art.
Latitude International places
the art you provide from a variety of on the Internet.
If a customer wishes to buy the art you provide they
contact and pay Latitude. After Latitude collects payment
from the customer, Latitude pays you less 30% commission.
You ship art to customer after you receive payment. You
benefit by having your art on the Internet without the
hassles of maintaining and promoting your own web site.
Your customers may pay with VISA, MasterCard or American

What You Get
Latitude International creates
and maintains your Home Page, Bio Page (if desired),
Art Pages including all the links within your subdirectory.
Latitude stores your graphics as GIF or JPG files and
stores your audio files as MIDI. Latitude creates and
maintains all the links to the FolkArt.Com™ category
indexes. You may request minor alterations such as changes
in price or changes in descriptions at any time. Latitude
will make its best effort to accommodate your wishes.
- Your "Home Page": The
URL of your Home Page will be [www.folkart.com/your-subdirectory/].
You may request a subdirectory with a name of your
choice. You will provide Latitude a description of
your art as you wish it to appear on the web (including
prices and shipping, handling and insurance charges)
and images of your art in electronic format. Latitude
will create and maintain your Home Page describing
your art. The format and layout will be in a manner
consistent with other art on the FolkArt.Com™.
- Your "Bio" Page: The
URL of your Bio Page will be [www.folkart.com/your-subdirectory/name.htm]
You may request any name or identifier of your choice.
You will provide Latitude your bio as you wish it to
appear on the web.
- Your "Art Pages": The
URL of your Art Pages will be [www.folkart.com/your-subdirectory/item#.htm]
You may request item #s or identifiers of your choice.
You will provide Latitude descriptions of your art
as you wish it to appear on the web (including prices
and shipping, handling and insurance charges). Latitude
will create and maintain your Art Pages.

Step #1 - Application
Send a description of you
and your art collection including photographs. Email
description of art to Sell@folkart.com or
mail to: Latitude International, 1749 Killdeer Court,
Sunnyvale, CA 94087, Tel (408) 255-7518, Fax (443) 241-0707.
Note: Include your email address.
- Within one week a Latitude
International representative will email to discuss
how to proceed. Assuming we all agree that your art
should be on the FolkArt.Com™, we will go to
Step #2.
Step #2 - Getting Your Art
on the Web
- Pay $300 Set-up Fee with
VISA/MasterCard or check payable to Latitude International.
- Provide a written description
(as you want it to appear) and a good photo of the
art in electronic format plus a short "bio".
You determine the price including handle shipping,
handling and insurance cost.
- Latitude places and maintains
your art in FolkArt.Com™.
- Pay $4,700 Annual Fee
with money order or check payable to Latitude International
after you approve the completed web pages.
Step #3 - When Your Art
Is Sold
- Latitude International
collects from the customer full payment (determined
by the artist) including shipping, handling and insurance
cost.
- Latitude International
gives customer's address and makes payment to you (retaining
30% commission).
- You receive payment from
Latitude International (70% of the price including
shipping, handling and insurance).
- You or the artist ships
art to customer. You are responsible to see that the
art is delivered properly to the customer.
Summary
Latitude International places
the art you provide on the Internet. If a customer wishes
to buy this art they contact and pay Latitude. After
Latitude collects payment from the customer, Latitude
pays you less 30% commission including shipping cost.
You (or the artist) ship art to customer after
you receive payment. You benefit by having the art you
represent on the internet without the hassles of maintaining
and promoting your own web site. Your customers may pay
