  Papa Legba: Vever Bracelet
Spirit of the Crossroads

SKU: MK-212

In Vodou, a vever (pronounced vuh-VAY) is a complex symbol representing a particular spirit (lwa).

In ceremony, the priestess or priest draws the vever with cornmeal on the floor to help invoke the spirit. By the end of the ceremony the vever is dispersed by dancers.

These bracelets, made of acrylic on papier mache, have vevers textured on the surface with string work.

Each bracelet includes a blessing by best-selling author and SciFi Network star Ifalade Ta’Shia Asanti, descendent of Vodou practitioners.

Size: Approx 11" in circumference.
About 2" high.
